All returns must be received by Downtown Camera within 10 days of purchase. Returns may be made in person or shipped back at the customer's expense. If the customer wishes to ship the item back, he or she must call Downtown Camera first to arrange the return and procure an RMA number.

Returns must be in as new condition. Downtown Camera will inspect each return and reserves the right to refuse a return or to charge a 15% restocking fee on any item that is not in as new condition.

All sale, clearance, and refurbished items are final sale.

Any sealed packaging must not have been opened. Consumables such as film, ink, paper, and batteries are final sale and are not returnable. Blister packs or other sealed packages that have been opened are not returnable. 

Used equipment may be returned for store credit only.
